Integrative Health Coaching 

I would like to introduce you to a new type of health coaching which uses an integrative approach emphasizing  the outdoors and healthy eating.  Together we will look at all aspects of your life and see what is in balance and how we can break down road blocks which are not allowing you to achieve your optimum health. 

The Outdoors

Being out in nature, helps you awaken the spirit!  Integrating  wholesome adventures  into your life will help you create a healthy lifestyle.  I will help you develop a way to get back into nature.  It may be getting out and taking a walk every day, or training to bike cross country.  I will listen to what your interests  and desires are and help you set achievable goals. 

Healthy Eating

Going right to the source and eating seasonal food is extremely beneficial.  I am continually developing new recipes with the crops that are in season.  I share them with clients and help create a weekly menu plan if that is desired.  

The Big Picture

It is important to look at all aspects of our life: eating, relationships, social, exercise, school, house, etc.   If our body is stressed out in a certain area, it is difficult to achieve our optimal performance.  Looking at the road blocks that are causing the strain will help you get back in balance. 

Accountability Coach

I will be here for you when you feel like you are slipping back into old habits. We will work together to create a plan that will work for you and I will assist you in making it happen.

The Program

We will meet every other week for 6 months.  This can be in person or via Zoom. 

On the alternate weeks, you can email  me with any questions, and I will follow up on your progress. 

You will have access to bi-monthly wholesome adventures which I will lead, online cooking classes and field trips to food establishments related to health and wellness

Food planning

Creation of a training schedule for a set event or goal if desired

A variety of hand outs, recipes, books, food samples and other material.

Most importantly, I am your accountability coach for healthy living
